Funding for Economics Projects in Arkansas!
1. What’s available? The Walton Family Foundation is offering 50%match funding to Arkansas economics projects requesting $600 or less in materials.
2. Who qualifies? If you are an Arkansas public or charter school teacher, you can qualify for this funding!
3. How do I participate? There are two easy steps to qualify for this funding:
- First, log in to your teacher account on DonorsChoose.org (if you don’t have one, any public school teacher can sign up at www.donorschoose.org/teacher).
Once you’re logged in,
- submit one or more project requests for economics, financial literacy, or entrepreneurship related materials to support your students (calculators, currency and math games, and books on stocks, bonds, and mutual funds are a few examples). Each project should include up to $600 in materials.
